By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website.

2. Products and Services

We offer mentalism products, including physical and digital items. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Refund and Return Policy

Physical Products: Returns are provided only for defective physical items. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange a replacement.

Digital Products: All sales of digital items are final. No refunds or exchanges are available for digital purchases.

4. Payment

Payments must be made at the time of purchase through available payment methods on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Whisper Inc. (run by Darren Close) is responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at any time through the contact page.

What we collect and why. Purchases: your name, email address and (for physical items) delivery address, so we can fulfil your order, send digital products and provide support. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Enquiries: anything you send through the contact or consultancy forms, so we can reply. Mailing list: your email address and first name (if given), if you choose to join.

Mailing list. If you sign up, we will send you news, releases and offers, and your free booklet. If you have bought from us before, we may also email you about our own similar products (booklets, apps, props and consultancy) using the email address you gave when you bought. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by asking us through the contact page.

Who we share it with. We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), our email service provider (currently Kit, for the mailing list) and our website host. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it. Order records are kept as long as needed for support and accounting. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

Your rights. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to marketing, at any time via the contact page. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe and embedded YouTube content may set their own cookies when you use them.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and digital products, is the property of the website owner or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
